Shauna has experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, talent development, rewards & recognition, employee relations, legal/compliance, and operational excellence. She has the unique capability to not only partner with business leaders in developing a vision and strategy, but also can create the detailed plan required to turn a vision or objective into reality. She develops the systems and processes required to engage resources at all levels to execute a business plan and impact bottom line results.
Shauna left the large corporate world in early 2015 to move back to Florida and start her own business, Organized by Design Experts. Her business leverages her extensive human resources experience in providing business consulting services to small and medium sized businesses that may not have the internal resources to help them achieve their business objectives. In addition, Shauna provides home and home office organizing/productivity improvement services to individuals and families who want to have more time to focus on the things most important to them. Shauna believes that we can’t afford to be disorganized in today’s fast changing and digital environment where the demands for our time are increasing. Shauna’s problem solving skills, strong people skills, project management background, and organizational skills are key attributes to her success in both the business environment and the home/home office.
